<br />Be it therefore enacted by the municipal council of the oorpomtion of the
<br />ay of Essex, in council assembled, that William D. Balfour, one of the totem..

<br />lihereas, the municipal council of the corporation of the county of Essex, in
<br />,ud amembled, did by vote appoint Edward Allworth as auditor, and the
<br />,,den, by exercise of his privilege, has appointed John Kirkland auditor, to
<br />a>xtrith the said Edward Allworth as auditors for the said county:
<br />be it therefore enacted by the municipal corporation of the ommty of Lrssex,
<br />b.wil awrabled, that the said Edward. Allworth and John Kirkland be,
<br />ad tldry are hereby appointed to all iutonts and purposes auditors for the
<br />00Y of Fusee, for the eurrent year.
<br />And be it farther enacted that the said Edward Allworth and John Kirkland
<br />roll each be entitled to receive as a salary the sum of seventy -five dollars Per
