1 <br />r <br />#5 <br />BY -LAW No. Sao <br />po open uv a portion of the Towsline between Qoi&ld atuf l fprta Cokasater. <br />' Passed dune 17th, 1981- <br />WHEREAS the Townline between the Townships of Gosfieid and North <br />Colchester is opened to the travelling public from the shores of Lake Brie to the <br />north - easterly side of Lot number two hundred and eighty -one north of Talbot <br />Street, and it is desirable to open the said Towulins to its termination at the <br />Maidstone Townline; <br />Be it enacted by the, Council of t4, Corporation of tha County of Essex, in <br />bouncil assembled, under and by virtue of the Municipal Institutions Act of <br />putario, that that part of the Townline between Gos8eld and North Coiahestet <br />commencing at the north - easterly side of Lot two hundred and eighty -one, North <br />Talbot Street, and running to the termination of sai&Townline at the Ma dotose <br />Towuhne, be and the same . is hereby opened to the travelling public. <br />(Signed), THOS.
