And whereas it is necessary to provide for tits salaries of School Inspectors for the said County of Essex. And whereas it will require the snm of $3,634.00 to be raiaei, levied and collected for the payment of qualified Public Sell Teachers, and a further sum of $1,500.00 for the payment of School Inspectors.
