WHEREAS owing tothe separation of the Town of Windaor from the County of Essex, the Grammar School established in the said Town of Windom is now wholly under the jurisdiction of the said Town. Be it therefore enacted by the Council of the County of Bonex. that the By. BY -LAW NO. 1790 A By -lam to adopt Ruin of Order for the County Council of the County of Esee:. Passed January 28th, 1881. WHEREAS it is expedient and necessary to adopt Rules of Order for the County Council of the County of Essex. Be it therefore enacted by the County Council of the County, that the fal. lowing Rules of Order be and they are hereby adopted as the Rules of Order of the said Council: M&ETIN08 AND ADJOURNMENTS. 1. That on the first day of each session, the Courcil shall assemble at the hour of 2 o'clock p.m., and on all other days as agreed by motion of the previou day. 2. That at the first meeting of the Council in each year, the Clerk shall call the Council to order, call the roll containing the names of the members of the Council, and request nominations for Warden, and after a delay of half an hour, if two or more candidates are nominated, shall open a pdi, ask each member distinctly for whom he votes, record the votes, and when a candidate has rr osived a majority of the votes, declare him eleoted. S. That upon a quorum being assembled, the Warden shall take the chair, call the membere to order, and the Clerk shall call the roll. 4. Tbb Warden shall preserve Oder and decorum, decide all questioua of order, subject to an appeal to the Council, and without argument or com• ment' shell state the rule applicable to aLy point of order or practice whoa called upon. 6.
