Passed January WHEREAS by the Municipal Act of Ontario, the County Council of each County is required to appoint annually two pe:sons,one of whom may be a mem- ber of the said Wnncii to assist the Chairman of the General Sessions of the Pow in auditing the accounts of the said sessions, or of Oyer and Terminer and General Gaol delivery. Be it therefore enacted by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex in Council assembled, that W. D.
