I <br />]iunicipal Corporations Act of 1849," and it is hereby enacted by the <br />authority of the same, That Anthony Shoals and Peter White shall W <br />appointed, and are hereby appointed, to dispose of in such manner as they <br />may think propey all Timber upon the, Town Line between the Tower <br />ships of Anderdon and Sandwich. <br />[No. 28.] <br />A BY -LAW, <br />To establish a Lock -up House in the Town of Amherstbarg. <br />[Passed 29th January, A.D. 1857. <br />Whereas it is necessary and expedient to establish a Lock -up House <br />in the Town .of Amherstburg. <br />Be it therefore enacted, by the Municipal Council -of the County e(' <br />Essex in Council assemb]ed, under and by virtue of the a Upper Canals <br />Municipal Corporations Act of 1849," and it is hereby enacted by* the <br />authority of the same, That the Lock -up House already built and used a <br />such in the Town of Amherstburg aforesaid, be, and it is hereby eetab, <br />lished as a Lock -up House for the Town of Amherstbargr <br />And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, that the enm of <br />tw be Otien to the Constable to be appointed to take charge of the said <br />' Lock -up House for every Prisoner confined therein in addition is hie <br />soustabWe fees. <br />[No. 29.] <br />A BY -LAW, <br />To astablish a Lock -ap Home for the County of Essex, at the Village <br />of Windsor. <br />[passed ?9th January, A.D. 1837. <br />Wbwm it is expedient to establish a Look op Hews !br the Couch . <br />of EION4 at thos Village of Windsor. <br />13 <br />
