<br />10ereas It is necessary and expedient to assume as a county road that cer-
<br />tun allowance for a road known as the Third Concession in the said township
<br />d Sandwich East, as hereinafter more particularly described, in pursuance of
<br />aresolution of the Municipal Council thereof:
<br />Be it therefore enacted by the Council of the Corporation of the County of
<br />Essex in council assembled, and it is hereby enacted that the allowance for
<br />Road in Sandwich East known as the third concession and extending within
<br />the said township from the town line between the said township and the town-
<br />ship of Sandwich West to the town line between the township of Sandwich
<br />East and the township of Maidstone, be and the same is hereby assumed as a
<br />county road of pp the said County of Essex for the purpose of expending thereon

<br />A %ijA% to assume a certain Road in the Village of Kingsville as a County Road. Passed June
<br />rth' 1880.
<br />Whereas it is necessary and expedient to assume as a county road the road
<br />kading through the main street of the village of Kingsville, from the eastern
<br />to the western limits of said village, in pursuance of a resolution of the munic-
<br />ipal council thereof :
<br />Be it enacted by the municipal corporation of the County of Essex, in coun-
<br />diassembled, and it is hereby enacted, that the above described road be and
<br />is hereby assumed as a county road.
<br />Be it also enacted that the above mentioned road be assumed as a county road
<br />for thepurpose of expending the county appropriation, and for that purpose only.

<br />:'opmvide for the payment of qualified public School Teachers and School Inspectors for the year

<br />Qereas it is necessary, so as to entitle the several municipalities in the
<br />county of Essex to certain sums of money out of the legislative grant as
<br />apportioned by the Minister of Education for the payment of the salaries of
<br />iegally qualified public school teachers, to assess the several municipalities in
<br />sums equal at least to the sum apportioned, after allowing for defalcation and
<br />apense of collection:
<br />And whereas, it is necessary to provide for the salaries of school inspectors
<br />for the said county of Essex :
<br />And whereas, it will require the sum of $3,803, to be raised, levied and col-
<br />lected for the payment of qualified public school teachers, and a further sum
<br />4 SI,Soo for the payment of school inspectors :
<br />Be it therefore enacted, by the council of the corporation of the County of
<br />Essex in council assembled, under and by virtue of chapter 2o4 of the revised
<br />statutes of Ontario, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, that
<br />:here shall be raised and collected upon the whole ratable property in the
<br />she several municipalities, save and except the towns of Amherstburg and
<br />Windsor, in the said county of Essex in addition to all other rates and assess -
<br />aents, for the payment of qualified public school teachers and school inspec-
<br />.ors, the sum of 35,303, and the several sums set opposite the name of each
<br />municipality in the schedule hereunder written, which schedule forms part of
<br />:his by-law, shall be raised levied and collected therein respectively, and the
<br />said several sums be collected and paid into the hands of the county treasurer
<br />morbefore the fourteenth day of December next ensuing.
