<br />such distress, the offender be imprisoned in the county gaol for any

<br />5. That all fines imposed under the provision of this by -law,
<br />shall be paid over by the convicting justice or justices, into the hands
<br />of the Treasurer of said county for the use of the said corporation.
<br />6. By -laws numbered 77, 91 and 110, are hereby repealed.
