And be it further enacted that, for the purpose of creating a fusd <br />for the payment of the said Jurors, them shall be raised, levied and eolleeted <br />upon the whole rateable property .in the said United Countiea, the sum <br />of three hundmd pounds. Said sum of three hundred pounds to be is <br />addition to all other rates and assessments imposed for County or Town- <br />ship purposes; which said sum of three hundred pounds shall be appos` <br />tinned amongst the several Townships, and the Town of Amhmstburg <br />respectively, as shewn ip the Schedule hereunto attached. <br />V. And be it fiirther' enacted' that, should the above sum of three <br />hundred pounds, together with the sums derivable from sources mention. <br />ad in the Act of 13th and 14th Victoria, chap. 14, prove to bs insu& <br />cient for the payment of the said Jurors, the County Treasurer shall make <br />up the deficiency out of any moneys that he may have in his hands, and <br />such deficiency shall be included and levied in the following year's <br />estimate. And should there prove to be a surplus, such surplus shall go <br />to the credit and reduction of the neat year's estimate. <br />VL And be it further enacted that this By -Law shall go into effed <br />bund Fistely upon the passing thereof, and shall remain in force for the <br />F years <br />
