WHEREAS, It is deemed necessary and expedient to make pro- ! mon for the baying over to the several municipalities entitled to the same, by the County Treasurer, all moneys rdceived by him on the j ucount of non - resident lands. Be it therefore enacted by the County Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex, that from and after the passing of this by- law, the County Treasurer shall, on or before the first day of August, in each and every year, prepare a detailed statement, showing what amount, if any, is due each municipality on account of said fond, and shall pay over to the Township Treasurers of the respective ma- nicipalities whatever amount may be found due as aforesaid after do- ducting any amount that may be due and owing fraum sash municipality on anoount of county rates.
