<br />Jane, 1888, it was deemed elpedlent sad neoeesary to equalise the Tall"
<br />of the real an.l personal property in the Aeaeesment Rolb of the townships,
<br />towns and villages in the County of Essex and,
<br />Waxases, this Council did confosrne WY tp "The Assessment Act, e6apter
<br />193, of the Revised Statutes of Ontario, 1887, did examine the Aseeesmeet
<br />Rolle of the several townships, towus and villages, in the surd C *uh, for the
<br />preceding financial year, for the purpose of ascertaining whether ice vahm"

<br />tkis Council, under the said By -lawn to prodtwe a just relation between the
<br />valuation of the real and personalestate in the County, to increase or decrease
<br />the aggregate valuation of real and personal property in any mob towns, town•
<br />shipw and villages, in the said County as provi ded by the Assessment Act, VA
<br />WMM", the Municipality of Gosfild North appealed to tSeCoantf Jody
<br />against tale equalisation as made in June by this Con nail, &nd,
<br />WHg=As, the County Judge, by his tukmeut, delivered an the ft it
<br />of August last past, ordered the equalization of the different municipalities r
<br />be changed, and,
