<br />To Inthoriza and Empower Charles E. Young, J. S. Dewey and J. A. f,till-
<br />well, incorporated as the Windsor Oil and Gas Company, to lay pipes and
<br />all nwesstary means of conveying gas from their wells in the Township
<br />of Maidstone to the Town of Windsor, or such other places within said Coem-
<br />tf as may be necessary.

<br />Whereas, the said Company are endeavoring to discover natural gas. and we
<br />sow sinking wells and expending a large sum of money in exploratione in the
<br />Township of Maidstone, in said County, and may sink other wells elsewhere; and
<br />Whereas, the said discovery will be of great value to the County of Xseez.
<br />and the acid Company have agreed to furnish gaa, for light and heating. to the
<br />pablic buildings of the said County free of ooet for the period of ten years•.
<br />Ind, in order to encourage the discovery of said gas. and enable the said
<br />Company to convey the same from all or any of their walla io the tows of
