COUNTY OF ESSEX TO CONFIP~I BY-LAW N~,IBER 2361 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF M,~I DSTONE . ~'.fHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township sf ~qaidstone has finally passed on the 18th day of July, 1966 said By-law Number 2361, for closing of that part of the Base Line Road, being the Road between lots six (6) and seven (7) in the First Concession, e×ten~d- ing from the westerly limit of the t~fest Belle River Road westerly to the easterly limit of the Road allowance between Concessions one (1) and two (2) more particularly described in the said By-law Number 2361 of the Township of Maidstone; AND WHEREAS it is requested that the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex~pass a by-law confirming said By-law Number 2361 of the Town- ship of Maidstone, pursuant to the provisions of Sub- section 6 (c) of Section ~59 of The Municipal Act, R. S. O. 1960, Chapter 259; NOW THEREFORE be it enacted and it is hereby enacted by the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex. as follows; (1) That By-law Number 2361 of the Corporation of the Township of Maidstone, a copy of which is attached hereto, be and the same is hereby confirmed. (2) That this By-la'w shall come into force and take effect on the final passing thereof. 1st reading- Oct.26/66 2nd reading- 3rd reading- Oct Read the necessary times and finally passed on this 26th day of October ., 1966 in open council. ~armen CLERK'S CERTIFICATE i, C.
