BY-LAW NUMBER 1646 A BY-LAW to Provide for the Making ora' Grant to the Essex County Association for Retarded Children, Incorporated. WHEREAS Section 377, Subsection 29 of The Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1960, provides for the authorization of Councils of all Municipalities to pass By-laws for granting aid for the erection, establishment, mainten- ance or equipment for retarded schools, in the said Municipality; AND WHEREAS it is deemed eXPedient to contribute by making a grant, to the cost of the construction of an addition to the Sun Parlor School for Retarded Children located in the TOwn of Essex, in the County of Essex, operated by the Essex County Association for Retarded Children, Incorporated~ BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED and It Is Hereby Enacted by the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex as follows: 1. That the Council shall provide in its estimates for the year 1966 the sum of ($14,000.00) Fourteen Thousand Dollars, as determined by resolution as the proper contribution to the Essex County Association for Retarded Children, Incorporated, for the aiding in the construction of a new addition to the Sun Parlor School for Retarded Children of Essex County, in the Town of Essex; 2.
