~e~c~ ers~on f, BY LAW NUMBER //1638 A BY-LAW OF THE COROPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX TO AUTHORIZE THE SIGNING OF A JOB EVALUATION MAINTENANCE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX AND THE WARNOCK HERSEY MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS LTD. WHEREAS a Job Evaluation programme is currently in force among all or part of the positions of the Corporation of the County of Essex; AND WHEREAS it is desirable to maintain these positions in accordance with job changes that may occur, and also to evaluate new positions that may arise; AND WHEREAS the Warnock Hersey Management Consultants Ltd. has submitted to the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex a Job Evaluation Maintenance Contract for this purpose; AND WHEREAS the said Council has agreed to accept such Job Evaluation Maintenance Contract, as submitted; AND WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to enter into the Job Evaluation Maintenance Contract hereto attached; THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED and it is hereby enacted by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex as follows: 1. That the Warden and Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the said Contract and seal same with the seal of the Corp- oration of the County of Essex. 2. All other By-laws inconsistent to this by-law are hereby repealed. 3. This By-law shall come into force and take effect as of the final passing thereof.
