OF THE COUNTY OF BY-LAb~ Nb$iBER 1618 ;' By-law Of The Corporation Of '~' ~ ~ ~n~ County Of Essex To Amend By-law I~umber 970, Of The Corporation Of The 0ount¥ Of Essex, Passed C:-: The 2,tn Day Of June, t9~5 ?.~qE~AS, By-law hu~:: ~r ~7~ ~o e~a~=lsh the .~o~-./~nmp~"o-' of Sandwichmast ~ , ~t~,~ Towr. shm~', of S~nawmcn~ ~ ' ' ?~est, Town of LaSalle, the Tovm of Tecumseh, the Town of ~ji~way, and part of the Township of Sandwich South as ~gh ~chool district, was pas~d on the 29th day of ~ 1945; AND ~?HEREAS the Essex County Council has ~ac~:ived reeuest from the representative bodies of the To'~m of Tecumseh, the Township of Sandv~ch Yfest and the 'fo~;'nshi? of Sandwich South for an amendment of the said by-law as to clause 1; AND ~;HERmAS the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex deems it advisable to grant their requests; N~'f THEREFORE be it enacted and it is hereby enacted by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex as follows: (1) That Clause (!) of the said By-!av~ Nmmber 970 passed on the 29th day of June'~ 194~, be and the same is hereby amended by changing the description of the area designated and established as a high school district in the County of Essex as follows: (a) All real property in the Township of Sandwich ~est, (b) Ail real property in the Town of Tecumseh; (c) Ail real property in the Township of Sandwich South, save and except that portion of the said Township of Sandwich South described as follows:-- Conzmencing at a point where the line dividing the easy and west halves of the lots in the ten'th concession of the said township intersects the southerly limit of the Queen's Highway No. 2 in the Township of Sandwich South; dzv~az~,~ the ~hence southerly following the line ' ~' ~'~ east and west halves of the lots in the tenth concession to the southerly limit of the North Talbot Road; Thence westerly following the last mentioned limit to the easterly limit of the road between lots nmmbers 305 and 306 in the range of lots north of Talbot Road and south of Talbot Road; Thence southerly following the last mentioned :~asterly limit to the line azvzdmns the north and south halves o2 the lots in the South Talbot Road; Thence westerly follov~ng the last mentioned line b~:cween the north and south halves of the lots, south of ~l~'albot Road to the easterly limit of the Townline between '~ke Townships of Sandwich ~[est and Sand~,zich South; Thence southerly following the last mentioned [~imit to the northerly limit of the Town!ine between the Townships of Anderdon, Colchester North and Sandwich South; Thence easterly following the last mentioned limit to the westerly limit of the Townline between the Townships of Maidstone and Sandwich South; Thence norZherly following the last mentioned limit to the southerly limit of the Queen"'s Highway ~2 in w.e Township of Sandwich South; Thence wes'b~rly following the zas~ mentioned [..',~.t to she point of commencement.
