Act, being Chatter 2~9 of the Revised '~ .... ' ~ o~a~utes of On~ar~o, 1960, the powers of a municipal corporation are to be exercised by its counci 1; AND ~;HEP~AS by Subsection I of Section 2~2 of the }.'~unicipal Act, being Chapter 2~9 of the revised Statutes of Ontario, 1960, the powers of every council are to be exercised by By-law; AYD ~'H{EREAS it is deemed expedient that the proceed- ings of the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex at these meetings be confirmed and adopted by By-law; NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX ENACTS AS FOLLOW~: That action of the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex in respect of each recom- mendation contained in the Reports of the Committees and each motion and resolution passed afld other action taken by the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex at these meetings is hereby adopted and confirmed as if all such proceedings were expressly embodied in this by-law. The %~farden and mroper ~' ' ~ o~=zczals of the Corpora~ on of the County of Essex are hereby authorized and directed to do all things necessary to give effect to the action of the Council of the Corpora- tion of the County of Essex referred to in pre- ceding section hereof. 1966. 1966. 1966· 3- The Warden and the Clerk are authorized and directed to execute all docuunents necessary in that behalf and to affix thereto the Seal of the Corporation of the County of Essex.
