A B~-LAW TO ESTABLISH THE TO~ OF L~IN~I~)N, THE TOWNSHIP OF MEP, SEA, THE TOWN OF
<br />KIN(~SYIT.T.F-, ~ TOWNSHIP OF (~OSFIELD SO~]~, IN T~E CO~l~ OF ESSEX; AND ~ VIT.T.~GE
<br />OF WHEATLE~ AND A PORTION OF THE TOWNS~TP OF RONNE~, IN ~ COUNT~ OF KENT, INTO A
<br />HIgH SCHOOL DISTHICT.

<br /> WHEREAS Chapter 362, Section 12, Subsection 1, R.S.O. 1960, of
<br />the Secondary Schools and Boards of Education Act, and amendments thereto, provides
<br />that County Council may pass a By-law for the erection and establishment of a Nigh
<br />School District, subject to the approval of the Minister first hav~-g been obtained;
<br />
<br /> AND W~E~E~S the County Council has received requests from the
<br />representative bodies from the Town of Leamington, the Township of Nersea, and the
<br />Town of Kingsville, the Township of ~osfield South in the County of Essex, and the
<br />Village of Wheatley and a portion of the Township of Romney in the County of Kent;
<br />
<br /> AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex
<br />deems it advisable to grant their requests;
<br />
<br /> AND WHEP~EAS the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex
<br />has received the approval of the Ninister;
<br />
<br /> NOW Tm~wEWORE BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS ~E~y ENACTED by the
<br />Municipal Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex, as follows:
<br />
<br /> (1) That the following area be and the same is hereby designated
<br />and established as a Nigh School District in the County of Essex:

<br />Lot 15 in the~6~ Concession, all of Lots ll to 15 inclusive, the south half of Lot 16

<br />7 to 16 inclusive and the south half of Lot 17 in the 3rd Concession, all of Lots 5
<br />to 19 inclusive, the northwest part of Lot 20 lying north of the Chesapeake and Ohio
<br />Railway right-of-way, all of Lot 20 lying south of the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway
<br />right-of-way, all of Lot 21 lying south of the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway right-of-
<br />way, all of Lot 22, the south half of Lot 27 and all of Lots 28,29, 30 in the 2nd
<br />Concession, all of Lots I to 15 inclusive and Talbot Road Lots numbered 185 to 206
<br />inclusive in the 1st Concession and all of Lots I to 6 inclusive in Concession BF;
<br />all real property described in paragraphs (E) and (F) being in the County of Kent.
