BY-LAW N~}{PEP 1~!97 A BY-LA~?I OF TWE l..P., E~S~X FOR 'r~E APPO!N%~ENT OF A ,,ARETA~tR ~ THE COU}JTY COUI~T HOU,qE B[[~I,DTNO FOR THE COUNTY OF .~.,,,.or..,~ AND TO SET T~ SALARY FOR THE SAIl) P~.SIqlONS WHEREAS, it is necesaary to appoint; caretakers for the Essex County Court House Building in the City .of Windsor and to set the salary for the said pos~tions; BE IT THEREFOR. E enacted and it is hereby enacted by the Municipal Council of the Corporation o'? the County of' Essex; 1. That George Ray Robinson of the City of' Windsor~ shall, be and he is hereby appointed Mainter~an, ce Caretakar and Ha:ndy~ man for the Essex Co~:~r~t,y Court House B~,~ilding; and that Mathias Mueller of the City of ~,~'indsor, shall be amd he is hereby appointed Maintenance Caretaker a:~d Handyman for the Essex Co:~n!-,y Court House Bui ldi ng. 2. That they shall attend the furnace and maintain and keep the offices im the b~,~ildin21 im a clean and comfortable condition to the satisfaction of the committee im charge. ~. That the appointment of George Ray Robinson, shall come into force and take effect on the first day of' November, 2963~ and that the appointment of Mathias Mueller shall come into force and taka effect on the fifteenth day of November, 196~. That a].l former by-laws and resol~tions i~consistent to this by-law shall be and are hereby repealed, Passed in open Council this 16th day of October, 1963.
