SPECIAL SESSION, 190 -Law Number 1834 Derr A BYLAW TO CONFIRM 'PROCEEDINGS Or TH6 COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX AT ALL ITS r4EETINGS HELD DURING THE JULY S, 1888 SESSION. WHEREAS by Section 9 of the Municipal Act, being Chapter 249 of the Revised Statutes of Ontario, 1960, the powers of a municipal corporation are to be exercised by its Council; AND WHEREAS by Subsection 1 of 9ectim 242 of the Munkipal Ac t, being Chapter 249 of the Revised Statutes of Ontar;% 1960, the powers of every Council are to be exercised by By -law; AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient that the proceedings of the Council of the Corporation of the County of FAmm at these meetings be confirmed and adopted by By -law; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex enacts as follows; 1. That action of the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex in respect of each recommendation contained in the Reports of the Committees and each motion and resolution passed and other action taken by the Council of the Corporation of the County of Esesst at these meetings is hereby adopted and confirmed ea N all sueh pro- ceedings were expressly embodied in this Bylaw. 2. The Warden and proper officials of the Corporation of the County of Essex are hereby authorized and directed to do all thugs necessary to give effect to the action of the Council of the Corporatioe of the County of Easesc referred to in p voeding section k*reat. 3. The Warden and the Clerk are authorized and dlreeted ae execute all documents necessary in that behalf and to affix kkaeb tke seal of the Corporation of the County of Eawx.
