A BY-LAW OF ~ COUNTY OF ESSEX TO CONFIRM BY-LAW <br />NUMBER 1643 OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ANE~RDON. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS it appears that a by-law passed on the 6th day of August, <br />A.D., 1963, and numbered 1643 of the Corporatio~ of the Township of Anderdon <br />in the County of Essex, enacted that the road known as the Second Concessic~ <br />Diversio~ in the Township of Anderdon more particularly described as follows :- <br />COMM~2~CING at a point in the eastern boundary of the Second Concession Road <br />in the said Township at its intersection with the S~thern boundary of lands <br />of the Cauada So~therm Railway Company; Thence easterly therealong eight <br />hundred amd thirty-one feet (831') more or less to the eastern boun~_ary of <br />the Indian Stone Quarry Reserve; Thence southerly therealong and along the <br />prolongation thereof a distance of eighteen hundred and sixteen feet (1816') <br />more or less to a point two hundred and seventy-six feet (276') north of the <br />dividing line between the north and south halves of said Lot Number two (2); <br />Thence on a curve to the right with a radius of two hundred and sixty-six <br />feet (266') to a point distant ten feet (10') north of the said dividing line <br />and two hundred and sixty-six feet (266') west of the eastern boundary of the <br />said Stone ~rry Reserve; Thence westerly aloag a line distant ten feet (10') <br />northerly from and parallel to the said dividing line five hundred and sixty- <br />four feet (564') more or less to the eastern boundary of the Second Concession <br />Road; Thence northerly therealong sixty-six feet (66'); Thence easterly along <br />a line parallel to and distant seventy-six feet (76') from the dividing line <br />between the north and south halves of Lot Number two (2) aforesaid, five <br />hundred and sixty-four feet (564') to a point two hundred and sixty-six feet <br />(266') west of the prolongation of the Eastern boundary of the said Stone <br />Quarry Reserve; Thence on a curve to the left with a radius of two hundred <br />feet (200') to a point distant two hnndred and seventy-six feet (276') <br />measured northerly from and at right angles to the dividing line between the <br />north and south halves of Lot Number two (2) aforesaid; S~ence northerly <br />along a line parallel to and distant sixty-six feet (66') westerly from the <br />eastern boundary of the said Stone ~;_~_rry Reserve and prolongation thereof <br />a distance of fifteen hundred and fifty feet (1550') more or less to a point <br />two hundred _a_~_d sixty-six feet (266') south of the aforesaid lands of the <br />Canada Southern Railway Company; ~ence on a curve to the left with a radius <br />of two hundred feet (200') to a point sixty-six feet (66') south of said <br />lauds of the Canada Southern Railway Company and two hundred and sixty-six <br />feet (266') west of the eastern boundary of the said ~rry Reserve; ~ence <br />westerly five hundred and sixty-four feet (564') more or less t~ the eastern <br />boundary of the Second Concession Road aforesaid; Thence northerly therealong <br />sixty-six feet (66') to the place of beginning, -- be stopped up and closed; <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS it has been requested that the County of Essex pass <br />a by-law confirming such Township by-law under the provisions of Section <br />459, Sub-section 6 (c) of the Ontario Municipal Act, Chapter 249, R.S.0. <br />1960. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE TEE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX ENACTS AS <br />FOLIDWS: - <br /> <br /> (1) ~hat By-law Number 1643 of the Corporation of the Township of <br />Anderdon closing the road known as the Second Concession Diversion in the <br />Township of Anderdon, more particularly described as follows: C~CING at <br />a point in the eastern boundary of the Second Concession Road in the said <br />Township at its intersection with the Southern boundary of lands of the <br />Canada Southern Railway Company; Thence easterly therealong eight hundred <br />and thirty-one feet (831') more or less to the eastern b~mndary of the Indian <br />Stone ~,_~rry Reserve; ~nce southerly therealong and along the prolongation <br />thereof a distance of eighteen hundred and sixteen feet (1816') more or less <br />to a point two hundred and seventy-six feet (276') north of the dividing line <br />between the north and south halves of said Lot ~3~ber two (2); Thence on a <br />curve to the right with a radius of two hundred and sixty-six feet (266') <br />to a point distant ten feet (10') north of the said dividing line and two <br />hundred and sixty-six feet (266') west of the eastern boundary of the said <br />Stone Quarry Reserve; ~aence westerly along a line distant ten feet (10') <br /> <br /> <br />
