854 DECEMBER REGULAR SESSION, 1967 By -Law Number 1732 A BY -LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE COVN" OF ESSEX TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COUNTY EDUCATIONAL CONSULTATIVE CO* MITTEE. WHEREAS, under Section 99A of The Schools Admimfftr Amendment Act, Chapter 90, Ontario Statutes, 1967, a county is ao- thorized to amalgamate the Public School Consultative Coamnittee and the High School Consultative Committee into one committee by the establishment of a County Educational Consultative Committee; AND WHEREAS, he Council of the Corporation of the Cmwty of Essex, deem it advisable and expedient that the twu c0mdtati" committees of the County of Essex be established into a CaVW FA 18 ' cational Consultative Committee; BE TT THEREFORE ENACTED and it is hereby enacted by the Council of the Corporation of the County of Esc as foHom' 1. That the Public School Consultative Committee and the NO School Consultative Committee be amalgamated and established into a County Educational Consultative Committee for the County of Ester. 2. That Messes. R. E. Markham, J. E. Blair, 8 Imeem, G. R Moody, and F. Philcox be the members of the said County Educational Consultative Committee for the County of Essex. 3. That Messrs. F. A. Leitch and W. W. Allen. the area sups` intendents of elementary and secondary education, be nnembers of the said committee, in an advisory capacity, as allowed by the said Act 4. That the members of the said committee shall be paid Ilk accordance with the provisions of Section 13 (5) of The Pubic SCb00k Act, Chapter 330, R.S.O. 1960, as amended. 5. The members of the said committee shall hold Office sa" their successors are appointed 5. That all other by -laws Inconsistent to this bylaw are buff repealed. T.
