790 NOVE SPECIAL SESSION, 1967 THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OW E88= By -law Number 1728 A BY -LAW TO CONFIRM PROCEEDLVGS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX AT ALL ITS MEETI NG4 HLLH DURING THE NOVEMBER 15, 1967 SESSION. WHEREAS by Section 9 of the Municipal Act, being Chapter 20 of the Revised Statues of Ontario, 1960, the powers of a munido ear - poration are to be exercised by its council; AND WHEREAS by Subsection 1 of Section 242 of the I/eshiel6al Act, being Chapter 219 of the Revised Statutes of Ontario, 1964 Or powers of every Council are to be exercised by By -law; AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient that the prooeedt o d the council of the Corporation of the Comty of Esser at these Meetir0 be confirmed and adopted by By-law; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation d the CNN* of Essex enacts as follows: L That action of the Council of the Owporatim Of the 0swq d Essex in respect of each recommendation contained is the Reperb at the Committees and each motion and resolubm passed and other adm taken by the Council of the Corporation of the County of Kum at tier meetings is hereby adopted and confirmed as if all such inn 01 101P were expressly embodied in this By -low. 2.
