1 JANUARY REGULAR SE SSION, 1967 AND WHEREAS, The Secondary Schools and Boards of Edaca- tion Act, Chapter 362, R.S.O. 1960, and amendments thereto, by Sectloat 76 (1), (2), (3), (4), (5) provides for the appointment of a Consultative Committee by the Council of a County, their duties and expenses cone. netted therewith; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex, deem it advisable to appoint the same persons to both com- mittees as is permissible under the said acts; THEREFORE be it enacted and it is hereby enacted by the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex; 1. That Mr. R. E. Markham of the Township of Tilbury West, be and is hereby appointed a member of the Essex County Consultati" Committee for the purposes as noted above for the year 1967. 2. That Mr. J. E. Blair of the Village of St. Clair Beach, be and is hereby appointed a member of the Essex County Consultative Corw mittee for the purposes as noted above for the year 1967. 3. That Mr. Hazen Imeson of the Township of Anderdon, be and is hereby appointed a member of the Essex County Consultative Committee for the purposes as noted above for the year 1967. 4. That Mr. George R. Moody of the Township of 2lferbea be and is hereby appointed a member of the Essex County public ached Consultative Committee for the year 1967. S. That Mr. A. A. Hildebrand of the Town of Harrow, be snd is hereby appointed a member of the Essex County public School C sultative Committee for the year 1967. 6. That the said members of the said Consultative Con"Att., shall reeeivr payment of their actual expenses of travelling on b usiam of the ttee as provided in The Public School and The sseoulwv Sc and Boards of Education Acts. 7.
