DECE MBER REGULAR SESSION, 1996 M 3. That Mr. Harold Newman be and is hereby appointed a trustee for the Essex High School District for the year 1967. 4. That Mr. Keith Buchanan be and is hereby appointed a trustee for the Harrow and Colchester South High School District for the year 1967. 5. That Mr. Charles Warren be and is hereby appointed a trustee for the North Essex High School District for the year 19667. 6. That Mr. Harry Brian be and is hereby appointed a trustee for the Windsor Suburban High School District for the year 1967. All other by -laws inconsistent to this byaaw am hmby repealed.
