VIRMEAS it has been deemed expedient and rncesam to raise a loan at Three Hundred Thousand Dollars (M,00Q00) required to meet the MaTent expenditures for the Cbaaty d Sagest for the 7W 1866. BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Munk3pai CtibWND d the Corporation of the County of Essex as Wawa- I. That it shall and may be lawful for the Corporatim d the County of Essex to borrow from the chartered bards or banks the eaaa Of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300.000.00) for the purPose aforementioned to meet the current expenditures for the year 1866 bF demand notes at the rate of Five and Three Quarters per eantura (51M) per annum.
