JUNE REGULAR SESSION, 1966 463 By -Lew Number 1641 A BY -LAW TO INCORPORATE ALL THE LANDS WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF GOSFMM NORTH AS PART OF THE TOWNSHIP SCHOOL APJU OF THE TOWNSHIP OF GOSFIELD NORTH. WHEREAS by virtue of Section 40 of The Public Schools Act, R.S.O. 1960, and amendments thereto, the Township of Gosfield North alas constituted as a Township School Area, AND WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to detach from the Township School Area of Gosfield North those parts of adjoinbw muni- cipalities now included within the said area, and to attach to the said Township School Area of Gosfield North, those parts of the munici- pality of the Township of Go North now included as part of any adjoining Township School Area. NOW THEREFORE The Corporation of the County of Essex by its Municipal Council enacts as follows: I. That the Gosfield North portion of former Union School Sec- tion Number 4 of the Town of Essex and Township of Gosfield North, be detached from the Town of Essex Public School, and attached to the Township School Area of Gosfield North; 2. That the Gosfield North portion of former Union School See- tin Number 3 of the Townships of Colchester North and Goafield North, be detached from the Township School Area of Colchester North, and attached to the Township School Area of Gosheld North; 3. That the Maidstone portion of farmer Union School Section Number 18 of the Townships, of Maidstone and Go*field North, be de- tached from the Township School Area of Gaafield North, and attadud to the Township School Area of Maidstone, 4. That the Rochester portion of former Union School Section Number 18 of the Township* of Rochester and Gosheld North, be de- tached from the Township School Area of Gosbeld North, and attached to the Township School Area of Rochester; 5. That on and after the First day of January, 1867, the landA so detached from the respective Township School Areas, shall cease to be part of the said Township School Areas, and &hall be *dried to the respective Township School Areas. as hereirrbefore provide& 6, That all other by -laws inconsistent to this bey -law be and the same are hereby repealed.
