APRIL SPECIAL SESSION, 1966 By -Law Number 1632 f A BYLAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX TO REPEAL THE COUNTY CONNECTING LINK AGREEMENT WITH THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF LEAMINGTON, DATED OCTOBER 2% 1951. 327 WHEREAS, the Corporation of the County of Essex did on the 22nd day of October, 1951, sign a Connecting Link Agreement with the Corporation of Town of Leamington, including the Erie Street, North, which connected the said Town Street with County Road Number 12; AND WHEREAS by By -law Number 1486 of the Corporation of the County of Essex the said County Road Number 12 was removed from the Essex County Road System from King's Highwaty No. 401, to the north limits of the said Town of Leamington; AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient and necessary that the said Connecting Link Agreement dated the 22nd day of October, 1951 between the Corporations of the Town of Leamington and the County of Essex be repealed; NOW THEREFORE the Corporation of the County of Essen by the Council thereof enacts as follows: — I. That the Connecting Link Agreement dated October 22, 1951. between the Corporations of the Town of Leamington and the County of Essex is hereby repealed. 2 That this By -law shall take effect and come into force upon the date of the final passing thereof. 1st reading —April 20, 1966. 2nd reading - -April 20, 1966.
