THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX <br /> <br />BY-mW <br /> <br />A by-law to close that part of Pelee Avenue, in part of <br />Farm Lot Ten (lO), Concession B, or Broken Front Conces- <br />sion, in the Township of Mersea, in the County of Essex <br />and Province of Ontario. <br /> <br /> WHEKEAS it is deemed expedient to stop up and close that part <br />of Pelee Avenue hereinafter described, pursuant to the provisions of ~he <br />MunicipalAct, R.S.O. 1960, Chapter 2~9: <br /> <br /> NOW ~RE TBE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF <br />ESSEX ENACTS 1~_S FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. TNATAll and Singular that certain parcel or tract of land and <br /> <br />premises situate, lying and being in the Township of Mersea, in the County of <br />Essex and Province of Ontario, being COml~sed of part of Pelee Avenue in part of <br />Farm Lot 10, Concession B, or Broken Front Concession, in the said Township, <br />and which said parcel or tract may be more particularly described as follows:- <br />C0~CING at a stake planted in the Southerly limit of Pelee Avenue, as shown <br />on Registered Plan 1433, said stake being distant Eighty-nine feet and Ten <br />Inches (89'10") measured on a course of North Thirty-six degrees and Fifty- <br />nine minutes West (N 36° 59' W) in that limit from the limit between Farm <br /> <br />Lots l0 and ll~ THENCE North Thirty-six degrees and Fifty-nine minutes West <br /> <br />(N 36° 59' W) Eighty-eight feet (88') to a stake; THENCE North Fifty-three <br />degrees and One minute East (N 53° l' E) Thirty-five feet (35') to a stake; <br />THENCE South Thirty-six degrees and Fifty-nine minutes East (S 36° 59' E) <br />Forty-four feet (44'); THENCE North Fifty-three degrees and One minute East <br /> <br />(N 53° l' E) Fifteen feet and Two inches (15' 2") to the Northerly limit of <br />Pelee Avenue, as shown on said Registered Plan 1433; THENCE South Thirty- <br />six degrees and Fifty-nine minutes East (S 36° 59' E) following the last ment- <br />ioned limit Forty-four feet (44') to a stake) THENCE South Fifty-three <br />degrees and One minute West (S 53° l' W) Fifty feet and Two inches (50' 2"), <br />more or less, to the place of beginning, be and the same is hereby stopped up <br /> <br /> <br />
