WHEREAS Section 55 of the Highway Impr+ovensent Aet. 198Q provides that a County has jurisdiction over a boundary bridge that is more than 20 feet in span and the bridge is not in the County ]toed System and the expenditures on such a bridge shall be deemed to form a part of the expenditures in carrying out the plan d COMIY Road Construction and Maintenance; AND WHEREAS the Township of Romney and the'Ibwestdp of Tilbury North are not separated from the Counties and the bridge over the Number 4 Drain at the intersection at the 18 and 19 Skis Road. Concession T, Township of Romney, with the Toweling between the Township of Rornney and the Township of Tilbury North is more tban 20 feet in span and not on a County Road; AND WHF.REA8 it becarnes necessary to replace the odsting bridge and eonstruct an approach 100 feet on the 18 and 19 Side Road, Romney and an approach on the Romnev-Ttibury North Twailne 50 feet east and west of the said replaced bridge; AND WHEREAS any road oonstsxetion beyond the above now tioned approaches shall be under the XU4@dLtlowt ON the Tbwnablp d Romney and the Township of Tilbury Nortk;
