MARCH SPECIAL SESSION 223 THE MUNICIPAL ACT, CHAPTER 248, R.S.O. IM SECTION 459, SUBSECTION 8(C) By -Law Number 1439 A BY -LAW OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX TO CONFIRM BY -LAW NUMBER 2269 OF THE TOWNSHIP OF 9AND- WICH WEST. WHEREAS it appears that a by -law passed on the 28th day oe November, 1961, A.D. and numbered 2269 of the Corporation of the Township of Sandwich West, in the County of Essex, enacted that that part of Academy Drive, as shown on Registered Plan Number 1329, and which said parcel or tract may be more particularly described as fol- lows; COMMENCING at a point in the southwest angle of Lot 101, according to said Registered Plan Number 1329; THENCE North Thir- teen degrees and Fifty -seven minutes West (N 13 57' W) One Hun- dred feet (100') to the Northwest angle of said Lot 101; THENCE South Seventy -six degrees and Three minutes West (S 76 3' W) paral. lei with the Northerly limit of Cabana Road Ninety feet (90') to the Northeast angle of Lot 74, according to said Registered Plan Number 1329; THENCE South Thirteen degrees and Fifty -seven minutes East (S 13 57' E) following the Easterly limit of said Lot 74, One Hundred feet (100') to the Northerly limit of Cabana Road; THENCE north Seventy -six degrees and Three minutes East (N 76 3' E) following the last mentioned limit Ninety feet (90') to the place of beginning. be stopped up and closed; AND WHEREAS it has been requested that the County of Essex pass a by -law confirming such Township by -law under the provisions of Section 459 of the Ontario Municipal Act, Chapter 249, R.S.O. 1960, Subsection 6(c); NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1.
