That the Warden of Essex County, by virtue d his office be a member of the Sun Parlor Home Committee for the year 1961 That the Committee shall be appointed at the January session in every year in accordance with the resolution of the County Council. All other by -laws inconsistent to this by -law are hereby repealed. This by -law shall come into force and take effect upon the fast day of January, 1962. I{� C3erk The Corporation of the County of Essex Debenture By -Law Number 1428 A BY -LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUE OF DEBEN- TURES IN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $70,000.00 IN LAWFUL MONEY OF CANADA TO PAY A PORTION OF THE COST OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF AND IMPROVEMENT TO CERTAIN ROADS AND NUDGES IN THE COUNTY OF ESSEX. WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the County of Xsem has constructed and improved certain roads and bridges r&gm parti- cularly described on attached schedule; AND WHEREAS the said works have been approved by the Kin- ister of Highways for the Province o1 Ontario and the County shall receive from the Province a grant to be applied toward the payment of a portion of the cost of the said works;
