"Employee" means any salaried officer, clerk, workman. <br />servant, or other person in the employ of the municipality If of a <br />local board and includes any person designated as an employee bi the <br />Minister of Municipal Affairs. <br />"Temporary Employee" means any employee whose employme* <br />doss not emceed one year. <br />2.
