NOW TiMEFQRE THE COUNCIL or '!'IlE CORPORATION ()T THE COUNTY OF ESSEX ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. "Employee" means any salaried officer, clerk, workman. servant, or other person in the employ of the municipality If of a local board and includes any person designated as an employee bi the Minister of Municipal Affairs.
