In Purnanoe of the Short Forme of Leases Act WN&I DIV THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF =SM, hereinafter called the LESSOR of the FIRST PART, and JAMES PALICHUK of the Township ed Mersea, . in the County of Essex, Farmer, hereinafter called the LESSEE of the SECOND PART WMESSETH that in consideration of the Rents, Covenants and Agreements hereinafter respectively reserved and contained an the part of the said Lessee his executors, administrators and assigns, to be respectively paid, observed and performed it the said Lessor has demised and Leased and by these presents DO demies and LEASE unto the said Lessee his executors, administrators and assigns, ALL THAT parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lyint and being in the Township of Mersea in the County ad Esser, containing the admeasurement fifty (50) acres, be the same more or lees, and being eomposed of the lands described in Schedule "A" annexed to. and forming part of this indenture.
