MARCH SPECIAL SESSION, 1861 177 B Y - L A W S By -Law Number 1390 A BY-Law of the County of Essex To Confirm Wfy Law Number 726 of the Township of Gosfield South Passed on the 21st Day of November, 1960. WHEREAS the Township of Gosfield South did on the 21st dal of November, 1960 pass its By-law Number 726, for stopping ap and closing of part of the thirty foot public road, situate, lying and being in the Township of Gosfield South in the County of Essex in the Province of Ontario and being composed of port d fang lot fourteen (14) in the First Concession, Western Division of the said Towfiship. from Queen's Highway number 18A to the northerly waters edge of Cedar Creek; more particularly described in the attached By-law of the Township of Gosfield South, and to authorize the Reeve and Clerk to execute on behalf of the Corporation and to seal with the seal thereof conveyances to Arnold Melton and Sidney Melton that part of the said public road so stopped up in exchange for a transfer and conveyance from the said Arnold Melton and Sidney Melton to the Slid Corporation for road purposes of part of farm lot fourteen (14) is the First Concession, Western Division, of the Township of Gosfield South; AND WHEREAS the said Corporation of the Township d Gestield South has applied to the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex, pursuant to the provisions of Subsection 6 of Seetioa 489 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1950, Chapter 942 to pass a By-law confirming the aforesaid By -law Number 726 of the Towaship of Gosfield South; NOW THEREFORE: The Municipal Council of the Cat'pmtiea of the County of Essex enacts as follows: (1) That By -law Number 436 at the Township of Goefield SmAk a certified copy of which is hereto attached be and same is hers* confirmed.
