NOVEMBER SPFIC AL SMION, 19M 419 THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX B Y - L A W S Debenture By -Law Number 1366 A By -law authorizing a grant in the amount of $238,200.0 to The Religious Hospitalers of the Hotel Dieu of St. Joseph of the Diocese of London, Ontario. WHEREAS Sub- section 29 of Section 388 of The Municipal Aet being R.S.O. 1950, Chapter 243 and amendments thereto authorises Councils of all municipalities to pass by -lags for granting aid for the erection, establishment, maintenance or equipment ed public hospitals and to issue debentures therefor; AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to grant to The Religitout Rovitalers of the Hotel Dieu of St. Joseph of the Diocese ed Loodes. Ontario the sum of $ 238,200.00 in part payment of the cost r the addition to Hotel Dieu Hospital in the City of Windsor, which was Will be payable in ten (10) equal annual instalments of $23,820.00 and to issue debentures therefor, without interest, payable anm ally is the amounts per annum shown is Schedule "A" attached to this W -law; AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to snake the print* of the said debt repayable in annual instalments during the period of to (10) years commencing in the year of the issue of such debeatom NOW THEREFOR THE COUNCIL Oi! THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX ENACTS AS FOLLOWS -_ 1.
