AUGUST SPECIAL BESSIONI, 1960 an <br />B'Y - L A W S <br />By -Law No. 1363 <br />A By -Law of the County of Essex to ammend 13y -Law <br />1287 of the County of Essex appointing a Weed Inspect <br />for for the County of Essex. <br />WHEREAS under the provision of the Weed Control Act, 1980 <br />Statutes of Ontario, 1960, Chapter 130, and Ontario Regulations 146, <br />1960, the Council of every county shall pass by -laws appointing out <br />or more persons as inspectors and fixing the remunerations or other <br />compensation for their services under the Act, and; <br />WHEREAS the Council deems it advisable to amend all by-laws <br />heretofore passed and in force appointing weed inspectors by amend <br />ing clause one and two of By -law Number 1287 passed on the 23rd <br />day of April, 1958. <br />NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF <br />THE COUNTY OF ESSEX ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: <br />i. That Lawrence Coulter of the Township of Gosfield North, <br />in the County of Essex be and is hereby appointed as Need Inspector <br />for the County of Essex to carry out and perform the duties required <br />of him under the provisions of the Weed Control Act, 1960, Statutes <br />of Ontario, 1960, Chapter 130, and any amendments thereto and any <br />regulations passed thereunder. <br />2. That the said Weed Inspector shall be paid a rate of Ten ( ;10.00) <br />Dollars for each day during which he is engaged la the performance <br />of his duties under the said Act and Regulations, and in addition shall <br />be paid his mileage incurred thereby at Ten ($.10) Cents a mile, and in <br />addition shall be paid expenses incidental thereto. <br />3. That the said Weed Inspector &hall bold office during the <br />pleasure of the Council and until this By -law is rescinded <br />4. That By -law Number 1287 is hereby amended, and <br />S.
