AUGUST SPECIAL BESSIONI, 1960 an B'Y - L A W S By -Law No. 1363 A By -Law of the County of Essex to ammend 13y -Law 1287 of the County of Essex appointing a Weed Inspect for for the County of Essex. WHEREAS under the provision of the Weed Control Act, 1980 Statutes of Ontario, 1960, Chapter 130, and Ontario Regulations 146, 1960, the Council of every county shall pass by -laws appointing out or more persons as inspectors and fixing the remunerations or other compensation for their services under the Act, and; WHEREAS the Council deems it advisable to amend all by-laws heretofore passed and in force appointing weed inspectors by amend ing clause one and two of By -law Number 1287 passed on the 23rd day of April, 1958. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: i. That Lawrence Coulter of the Township of Gosfield North, in the County of Essex be and is hereby appointed as Need Inspector for the County of Essex to carry out and perform the duties required of him under the provisions of the Weed Control Act, 1960, Statutes of Ontario, 1960, Chapter 130, and any amendments thereto and any regulations passed thereunder. 2. That the said Weed Inspector shall be paid a rate of Ten ( ;10.00) Dollars for each day during which he is engaged la the performance of his duties under the said Act and Regulations, and in addition shall be paid his mileage incurred thereby at Ten ($.10) Cents a mile, and in addition shall be paid expenses incidental thereto. 3. That the said Weed Inspector &hall bold office during the pleasure of the Council and until this By -law is rescinded 4. That By -law Number 1287 is hereby amended, and S.
