ISO MARCH SPECIAL SESSION, 1990 By -Law Number 1356 A by -law of the County of Essex to levy the County M Es w Rates to provide for the monies payable wader Tile Highway improvement Act and for the General Expef s of the County of Essex for the year 1%0. WBF,R it has been deemed expedient by the Council d the C of the County of Essen that there shall be rain&, levied, and collected in the different Towns, Villages and Tows in the County of Ewex the several amounts set opposite their asp in the schedule hereto attached and which farms part of this By4aw. BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX AS FOU OW& 1. That there shall be raised, levied, and collected at the rate d 3.7 mills on the Dollar, upon the whole rateable property in the Coin of Essex for the purpose of raising the suns of Fora Hundred sad Thirteen Thousand, Six Hundred and Sixty -three Dollars and Fift<ym Cents ($413,663.51), being the amount estimated to omw the General Expenses for the Current Year, the annual amount to be raised under this By-law. 2. And it is further enacted by virtue of the Highway ldprat menu Act, and amendments thereto, there shall be raised, levied, sai collected upon the whole rateable property in the County of Eua, at the rate of 6.5 mills on the Dollar, for the purpose of raiaipj the as of Seven Hundred and Twenty-oix Thousand, Seven Hundred and Six Dollars and Sixteen Cents ($ 726,706.16), the amount required for the County Road System for the County of Essen for the year 1590. 3.
