THE CORPORATION OF THE COU~ITY OF ~ESSEX A ~r-law altering the boundaries of the Essex High School District and the North Essex High School District. ~Ei~S the Secondary Schools and Boards of Education Act, being R. S. O. 1960, Chapter 362, authorizes the council of the county to alter high school distric~; AIfDi~f~7~S the Council o£ the Corporation o£ the Township o£ Maidstone by resolution has requested that the south half of Lot 17, in the South Middle RoadConcession~in the Township of Maidstone be trans- ferred from the Essex High School District to the North Essex High School District; AND ?~REAS it is deemed expedient to grant the said request; A~0 ~,~EREAS By-law Number.?6~ of the County of Essex, fin~l!~ passed on th~ 29th day of June,~ 19h~, establishing the boundaries for the Essex High School District; AND I~S ~y-law Nmmber 966 of the County of Essex, final%¥ passed on the 29th day of June, 19~, establishing the boundaries for the North~ Essex High SchOol District; A~ i~.Y~EREAS it is deemed expedient to amend the said By-laws as aforesaid;- NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF T~ CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX E~ACTS AS FOI~0WS:- 1. That the south half of Lot 17, in the South Middle Road Concession in the Township of Maidstone is hereby removed from the Essex High School District and is hereby attached to and forms part of the North Essex High School District. 2. That By-law Number 96~ of the County of Essex, finally passed on the 29th day of June, A.D. 19~ is here~£ amended ~ repealing paragraph (e) of Section 1 of the said ~y-law and substituting therefor the following: (e) Ail that real property in the Township of Maidstone, described as follows:- FIRSTLY: Commencing at 16-17~ Side Road at Centre Line of Lot 16, concession 2, thence north along centre line of lots in concession 2 to Highway No. 2, thence west on Highway No. 2 to con- cession [~, thence South on concession 8 to the line between lots 12
