Sri �': I • BY -LAW NUMBER 1233 A BYLAW OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX TO LEVY THE COU"M OF ESSEX RATES TO PROVIDE FOR THE MONIES PAYABLE UN• DER THE HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT ACT AND FOR THE GENM" EXPENSES, AND FOR THE HOME FOR THE AGED ADDITION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX FOR THE YEAR 1958. WHEREAS, it has been deemed expedient by the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex that there shall be raised, levied and collected in the different Towns, Villages and Townships In the County of Essex the several amounts set opposite their names in the schedule hereto attached and which forms part of this By -law. BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED 9Y TPTE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX AS FOLLOWS: 1. That there shall be raised, levied and oolleeted at the rate of 3.5 mills on the Dollar, upon the whole rateable property in the County of Essex for the purpose of raising the ssisa ei Three Hundred and Sixteen Thousand and Fifty-four Dollars and Fil•ty -one Cents ($316,054.51) being the amount estimated to cover dw Geseral 29 penses for the Current Year, .the annual amount to be raised under this Bylaw. 2. And it is further enacted by virtue of the Rigbway hV4wW 6 went Act, and amendments thereto, there shall be raised, levied. and collected upon the whole rateable property in the County of Essrs. at the rate of 4 mills on the dollar, for the purpose ad raising the $un► Three Hundred and Sixty -one Thousand Two Hundred and F9ve dollars and M. een Cents ($381 the amount .required for the County Road System for the County of Essex for the year 1964. S. And it is further enacted, that there shall he rained levies and collected at the -rate of .96 mills on the dollar, for the purpose at raunng the sum of Eighty -five Thousand, Seven Hun&od and V *W six Dollars and Twenty- -Two Cents ($85,786.= the ameuot required for the County Hoene for the Aged Addition is a* C9u of Bum for the year 1968,
