JUNE REGULAR SESSION, 1964 1117 <br />BY -LAWS <br />THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF iSSEX <br />BY -LAW No. 1191 <br />A BY -LAW OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX TO CONYMN BY-LAW <br />NUMBER 747 PASSED BY THE TOWNSHIP OF COLCHESTER SOM <br />ON THE 6TH DAY OF JULY, 1953, <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by By -law Number 747 passed o a the <br />6th day of July, 1953, the Corporation of the Township of Cokbester <br />South, in the CouDty of Essex, enacted that the following bTegdar <br />triangular plot of land in the road allowance of Nottingham Drive ix <br />registered plan number 1310 which is surplus and a liability W the <br />said township road and to authorize the Reeve and Clerk to sign deeds <br />to convey the said land to the lot owners abutting on the said plot; <br />being that portion of Nottingham Drive more particularly described <br />U follows; <br />1. Commencing at an iron bar planted in the intersection of the east- <br />erly limit of Lot 5, with the southerly limit of Lot 5 according to said <br />Registered Plan 1310; Thence northwesterly following the said south- <br />erly limit of Lot 5 and part of Lot 4, according to Registered Plan <br />1310, Ninety -one feet four inches (91'4'7 to the easterly limit od Lot <br />122 according to said Registered Plan 1310; thence southerly, along <br />the easterly limits of Lots 122, 121 &Ad 120, according to the said <br />Registered Plan, One Hundred and Forty -five feet four inches (145'4'7 <br />to an iron bar planted at the southeasterly angle of Lot 120, accor- <br />ding to said Registered Plan 1310; thence Northeasterly, in a strwbt <br />line, One Hundred and Twenty -four feet Tea and a labs inches <br />(124'10% „ ) to the place of beginning; <br />be and the some was thereby stopped up; and the 11”" and Clary <br />of the said Township of Colchester South was authorized to sell the <br />aid plot of land to the owngm of the said Ms 128, 131, and 180 <br />according to Registered Plan No. 1310; and the said Clerk and Reere <br />were authorized to sign on behalf of the Towuhip, the deeds of <br />trader of the said lands to the laid lot owners, <br />
