54 JANU ARY REGULAR SESSION 1954 (c) That part of Mons Avenue which is bounded on the west by the east limit of Chrysler Center and on the east by the west hmft of the alley referred to in (a) above; (d) An alley nineteen feet (19') in width lying next north of tlrad Marais Road and bounded on the west by the east limit of Chrysler Center and on the east by the production southerly of the east limit of the alley referred to in (a) above, be and the same were thereby stopped lip, AND WHEREAS it has been requested that the County al Emw pass a by -law confirming such Township by -law under the provi. sione of section 469 of the Ontario Municipal Act NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL QF THE COS PORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX ENACTS AS FOLLOWS;_ 1, That By -law Number 2057 of the Township of Sandwich p closing, (a) An alley fourteen (14') feet in width lying next east at Chrysler Center and bounded on the north by the south limit C C Somme Avenue and on the south by the north limit of an alley lying nest north of Grand Marais Road; (b) That part of St. Julien Avenue which is bounded on the west by the east limit of Chrysler Center and on the east by the g limit of the alley referred to in (a) above; (c) That part of Mons Avenue which is bounded an the west b, the east limit of Chrysler Center and on the east by the west hmit of the alley referred to in (a) above; (d) An alley nineteen feet (191 in width lying next north of Grand Marais Road and bounded on the west by the east limit of Chrysler Center and on the east by the production southerly of the east limit of the alley referred to in (a) above, be and the same is hereby confirmed. t.
