JANUA REGULA M8101% 19% a The Municipal Corporation of the Township of Sandwich East By -Law Number 2057 A BYLAW TO STOP UP AND CONVEY TWO ALLEYS SHOWN ON REGISTERED PLAN NUMBER 1356 AND ALSO PARTS OF ST. JULIEN AVENUE AND MONS AVENUE AS SHOWN ON THE SAID PLAN. WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to stop up and convey the tw. alleys on Registered Plan Number 1356 and also those parts of St. Julien Avenue and Mons Avenue as shown on the said Plan mid w particularly hereinafter described; AND WHEREAS Notice of the intention of the Council to pass this By -law has been published in the Windsor Daily Star on the 1706 24th and 81st days of August, A. D. 1959, and on the 8th day of September, A. D. 1959, and has also been posted up In six (q of the most public places in the immediate neighborhood of the Place is question; NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPO- RATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SANDWICH EAST ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:.... 1. That the following parts of alleys and stresta ea d*W& ewe Is* ittered Plan Number 1356, that is to say:- - (a) An alley fourteen (IV) feet in width lying next ead of Cbry- der Center and bounded on the north by the south limit of Somme Avenue and on the south by the north limit of an alley lying next north of Grand Marais Road; (b) That part of St. Julien Avenue which is bounded ea the west by the east limit of Chrysler Center asst on the east by the west limit of the alley referred to in (a) above; (c) That part of Mons Avenue which is bounded on the west bw the east limit of Chrysler Center and on the east kW the west limit of the alley referred to is W above;
