JANUARY REGUL SESSION, 1960 6/ E. That a committee, co4nposed of four members of the County Council and the Warden of the County, to be called the Standing Committee of the Home of the Aged, shall be appointed each and every year, whose duty it shall be to oversee the management and examine into the state of all matters and things relating to the support and employment of the inmates; to audit all accounts quarter- 1v and report thereon half - yearly to the County Council at its regular meetings in June and January; to prepare and present not later that the second day of June Session of Council in each year an sstinsate of the probable amount of money required for the ensuing year for the maintenance and care of the Home of the Aged; to report to the Council at least once in each year upon the state of the Home of the Aged Capital Account making such recommendations as regards increases and decreases as they may deem expedient and just. 3. And Whereas the Council of the County of Essex has cok up to this the present time, passed by -laws for such appointmeats. THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED in Municipal Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex. A. That H. C. Neice, Reeve of Colchester North be and be is hereby appointed a member of the Essex County of the Home of the Aged Committee for a term of four years commencing the 14 day of January 1960. $. That John A. Munger, Reeve of Harrow is hereby continued as a member of the Essex County ,Home of the Aged Committee for the years 1960, 1961 and 1968. C. That M. A. Tracey, Reeve of Rochester is hereby eontinued u a member of the Essex County Home of the Aged Committee fer the years 1.960 and 1961. D. That Walter Mc'Murren, Reeve of Maidstone is hereby con- tinued as a member of the Essex County Home of the Aged Committw :or the year 1960.
