MARCH SPECI SESSIO 1960 199 BY -LAWS BY-LAW No. 1076 A BYLAW of the County of Essex to levy the County Bate, to provide for the moneys payable under the Highway Improvement Act and for the general levy to provide for the payments. WHEREAS it has been deemed expedient by the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex, that there shall be raised, levied and collected in the different Townships, Towns and Villages in the County, the several amounts set opposite their names in the schedule hereto annexed and forms a part of this by -law. BE IT THEREFOR enacted by the Council of the Corporadom of the County of Essex as follows:- 1. That there shall be raised, levied and collected at the rate of 3.6 mills on the dollar, upon the whole rateable property is the County of Essex for the purpose of raising the sum of $257,860.49. Two Hundred and Fifty-seven thousand, eight hundred sixty Dollars and forty nine cents being the amount estimated to cover the general expenses for the current year, the annual amounts to be raised under by -law. 2. IT IS FURTHER ENACTED by virtue of the Highway Im- provement Act, and amendments thereto, and in seeordance with the provisions thereof, there shall be raised and collected upon the whole rateable property in the County of Essex, at the rate of of mills on the dollar, for the purpose of raising the sum of $147,348.83 the amount required for the County Road System of Tears Cewty. AND IT LS FURTHER. ENACTED that the several asessusenls above shall be apportioned againat and be borne by the different municipalities in the proportion hereinafter mentioned and that the several sums set opposite the name at each municipality in the schedule attached hereto, which schedule shalt tons tact of this
