WHFREAS Chapter 3.60, Section 6, Subsection 1A.S.O. 1937,md amendments thereto, provides that a County Council nay pass a yp law for the erection of High School Districts subject to the appmri d the Minister first having been obtained; AND WHEREAS the County Council has received requesd fries the Representative Bodies of the Town of Kingsville, and the To.. ship of Geafield South, Town of Harrow, and the Township d C& cheater South; to establish a High School District for the Tows d ;tingaville, a portion of the Township of Goafield South, Two d Harrow, and the Township of Colchester South; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the CW* of Essex deems it advisable to grant their requeete; AND WHEREAS, the Council of the Corporation of the COG* of Essex has received the approval of the Minister; NOW THEREFOFJE be it enacted by the Municipal Couadl o f the Cerporstiaa of the County of Essex, u follows. 1.
