JUNE REGULA6t SESSION, 1549 in <br />AND WHIMEAS the High School Area, Representative Bodice <br />of the Town of Harrow, Township of Colchester Sovtb, have requested <br />the County Council to discontinue the present High School Area is , <br />:lie Town of Barrow as prodded for under Section 6, submetioa 1, of <br />the High Schools Act, R.$.O; 194A 4n. clear the way for the establishing <br />of a new High School Area which would include the Town of Yingsv Ue <br />a portion of the Township of Gosfield South, the Tow w of Harrow <br />and the Township of Colchester South. <br />AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the County <br />of Essex deem it advisable to grant the request of the Representative <br />Bodies of the Town of Harrow and the Township of Colchester Sootk <br />NOW THEREFORE be it enacted by the MunW Council of <br />the Corporation of the County of Essex as follows; <br />1. Tha: the High School Area which comprises the Town of Has <br />raw and the Township of Colchester South, is the County of Bsms, <br />be and the same is hereby dissolved and discontinued on and after the <br />1st day of January, 1949, as provided for in Section 6, Subsection 1, <br />of the High: School Act, B.S.O. 1940, subject to the estoblishmaat of <br />a High School District, comprising the Town of Hings•ills, a porties <br />of ; the Township of Goafield South, Tows of Harrow, and the Tows. <br />ship of Colchester South. <br />2.
