A BY-LA~' OF TEE COLrN'i"Y OF ESSEX TO RAISE .~t~.~ TO EEET THE CUP~°~NT EXP~DITURES OF THE CO~TY OF ESSEX. FOR T~ YEAR 1962 . ~.~RE~.~,~ it has been deemed expedient and necezsary to raise a lo~ of Five Hu~udred ~ousand ~,500,00~00) Dollars required ~o meet the current expenditures for ~he County of Essex for the y~ar 1962 . BE IT TI{EREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex ~o borrow from ~he Chartered Bank or Bar&s, the sum of Five Hundred Thousand ($500,000~00~ Dollars for the purpose aforementioned to mee~ the curr~nt ~×penditures~fo~ the year 1962 by demand notes at the rat~ of ~J~ ~-~f ~/~?) per centum per annum° 2. That the Warden and Treasurer of the County of Essex be $=ud ~h~y ar~ h~reby authorized to enter into necessary agreements to c~rry into effect the said loan. 3. That all revenues of the Corporation .are hereby charged with the rspa]*ment of all monies borrowed 'under the authority of ~his by-law and the said Charter B~&s s~e here- by d~clared to hgve a lien upon all the re'vemues unbil this said !os~ under the authority of this by-l~w be fully sa~isfiedo ~. RR~at Treaso~er is hereby au~ho~zed and directed to apply so nmch o£ the revenues of the Corporation as may bo necessary in payr~nt of the obligations of the Corporation created as aforesaid. This by-law shall come into force and take effec~ as of th~ ls~ day of January, 1962 . All o~her by-laws inconsiS~enb ~o this by-law are hereby repealed.
