THE CORPOR~TION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX <br /> BY-LAW NO. 1391 <br /> <br />A By-Law to amend the By-Law adopting a Plan of County Road Im- <br />provement and Establishing a County Road System in the County of <br />Essex under the Highway Improvement Act. <br /> <br />The Council of the Corporation of the County of~Essex enacts as <br />By-Law Number 1391 as follows: <br /> <br />The Schedule A of By-Law Number 374 being the original by-law <br />establishing a County Road System in the County of Essex as <br />amended by By-Law Number 761 being the last consolidating by- <br />law re-establishing the said system and further amended by <br />subsequent amending by-laws is hereby amended by adding thereto <br />the road designated and described as follows: <br /> <br />DESIGNATED <br />COUNTY RD. <br />~BER <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />BEING that portion of the road or the deviations thereof <br />in the Township of Sandwich South; <br /> <br /> COMMENCING on the road between Concessions VIII and IX <br /> at ~he South-eastern limit of the boundary road between <br /> the Townships of Sandwich East and Sandwich South, being <br /> the King's Highway Number 2. <br /> -----/THENCE southerly along the said road between Concessions <br /> / VIII~and IX te the northern limit of the established <br /> / road!across the northern part of Lot 12 Concession IX, <br /> f, being the King's Highway Number ~0~l. <br /> AND ~OMMENCING AGAIN on the road between Concessions <br /> IIIiand IX at the southern limit of the above described <br /> ing's Highway Number~01; <br /> THENCE southerly alon~ the said road between Concessions <br /> ~VIII and IX to the~north-eastern limit of the road across <br />Athesou~h-western~part of Lot ll Concession being <br /> the King's High~y Number 98. IX, <br /> TOTAL DISTANCE 0F approximately 2.4 miles. <br /> <br />The road as designated and described in paragraph i is hereby <br />added to and included in the County Road System of the County <br />of Essex. <br /> <br />3.
