BY-LAW NUMBER 1383 A BY-LAW OF THE COUNTY OF ESS~ FOE ~ · ~.~.~, PURPOSE OF APPOiNTINC- MEMBERS TO THE HOME FOR THE AGED COMMITTEE FOR ~'~ .n~ YEA~S ~ LISTED FOR THE COUNTY OF WHEREAS it is necessary to pass a by-law for the purpose of providing for. the maintenance, care, ~nd manage- ment of the County Home for the Aged of the County of Essex. AND ',~qqEREAS it is necessary to amend par~.graph 3, Sections A~ B~ C, D, and E, of the By-law number 1342 of tbs County of Essex to read as follows; THEREFORE be it enacted and it is hereby enacted by the M~nicipal Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex; Paragraph 3. A. That Alfred Layson be and be is hereby appointed a member of the Essex County Home for the Aged Committee for the y~ar 1961. B. That be ~]d he is hereby appointed a member of the Essex County Home for the Aged Committee for the year 1961 and 1~62. C. That Martin Atkinson be aud he is hereby appointed a member of the Essex County Home for the Aged Committee for the term of three years beginning with Januar~ !,1961, D. That hereby appointed a member of the Essex County Hcae for the Aged Committee for the term of four years beginning with J~nuary l, 1961. E. That the Warden of Essex County-, by virtue of his office, be a member of the Essex County Home fez' the Aged Committee for the year 1961. Paragraph ~ That the Committee shall be appointed at tl~e January session ~n every year in accordance with the resolution of the C cunt y Council. All other By-laws inconsistent to this By-law are hereby repealed. TI~s By-law shall come into force and take effect upon the first day of January, 1961.
